SIA sees increase in passenger traffic; to reach 33% of pre-Covid-19 levels by July
Things are looking up for SIA as it sees an increase in passenger traffic and capacity.

Singapore Airlines (SIA) announced that its passenger traffic grew on the back of a calibrated increase in passenger capacity over the past 12 months, which saw SIA Group’s passenger capacity rise to around 28% of pre-Covid-19 levels by June 2021.

For June 2021, passenger traffic came in at 721.8 passengers per km, compared to 88 passengers per km in June 2020. Capacity also increased from 721.2 available seats per km to 4,476 available seats per km.
