How do I pay for my subscription?

  1. By credit card
    Please provide us with your credit card details in the subscription form and send the form to us via email to hotlinespore@bizedge.com
  2. By cheque
    The cheque should be payable to: The Edge Publishing Pte Ltd. Please mail your cheque, along with the completed subscription form, to: The Edge Publishing Pte Ltd, 82 Ubi Avenue 4 #05-04 Edward Boustead Centre Singapore 408832.
  3. Online
    Click subscribe on the top corner of our site to view our existing subscription plans including prices. Fill in the necessary details and submit.

We have a number of subscribers who are paying via Bank TT and Cheque where can we leave them instructions on how to pay via Bank TT and Cheque?

When will my subscription commence?

  1. Print version
    Please allow two to three weeks after receipt of payment for delivery to commence.
  2. Digital replica
    You will have access to the digital replica once you have successfully activated your Username and Password. We will send you an email with your Username and Password as well as instructions on how to download, install and activate your digital access.
You can upgrade your current subscription to any of the subscription packages.

Can I cancel my subscription package?

If I am away for a period of time, can my subscription be temporarily suspended? Will I get an extension on my subscription for the period suspended?

Can I make changes to my subscription details such as delivery address, email address and phone numbers?

What should I do if I forget my password?

What should I do if I want to change devices?

How long will the change of address be updated?
