Maybank Securities analyst Hussaini Saifee has upgraded StarHub (SGX:CC3) to “buy” from “hold” as he sees several positive tailwinds for the company. The analyst, who has just taken over coverage of the telco, has also lifted his target price to $1.44 from $1.10 previously.
