In addition, AEM's recent strategic partnership with ASE Technology opens the door to potential new clients, while AEM's own new key customer other than Intel is seen to add to its revenue for FY2026 to FY2028.
William Tng of CGS International has raised more than doubled his target price for AEM Holdings from $4.86 to $10.15, on the premise that the chip tester is just starting on its next multi-year earnings upcycle, which, in turn, is riding on key customer Intel Corp's own pick up in prospects due to demand from data centres.
Tng, in his April 25 note, says he is optimistic that AEM will achieve the high end of its $460 to $510 million revenue guidance indicated in February.
