Fullerton, an investment manager that is an indirect subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, has acquired 795,700 units of CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust C38U

 (CICT) C38U for a total sum of $1,513,341.83 or $1.9019 each.

The units were purchased on Dec 12 via the market.

Following the acquisition, Fullerton’s stake in the REIT is now at 0.4786%.

CICT reported a net property income (NPI) of $275.0 million for the 3QFY2023 ended Sept 30, a 0.6% increase y-o-y. Its NPI for the 9MFY2023 grew by 6.8% y-o-y to $827.3 million.

Units in CICT closed 3 cents lower or 1.49% down at $1.98 on Dec 18.
