Lian Bee Metal, a substantial shareholder of Union Steel (SGX:BLA
) , has acquired 6,000 shares in the company for $5,404.02, or 90.07 cents apiece.
The acquisition was made via a market transaction on Sept 6, bringing Lian Bee Metal’s stake to 5.02%, or 1.98 million shares.
