Several analysts have raised their target prices for OUE REIT (SGX:TS0U) despite a “stable” set of FY2025 numbers, as they expect better performance ahead as financing costs dip further, while operational performance holds steady.

Analysts from OCBC Group Research, CGS International, DBS Group Research and Maybank Securities are raising their target price for OUE REIT following a stable set of FY2025 results.

In FY2025 ended Dec 31, 2025, OUE REIT’s revenue and net property income (NPI) grew 0.1% and 1.6% y-o-y to $273.6 million and $219.6 million, respectively.
