SINGAPORE (Sept 4): ecoWise, the provider of environmental solutions, is acquiring a 2.4ha industrial property in Malaysia for RM13 million ($4.3 million).
Situated at 76A and 76B Senawang Industrial Estate, 70450 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus, the property consists of the land, a two-storey warehouse, two units of a single-storey open-side building, a canteen, a guard house and a substation.
