The company plans to pay a final dividend of 7 cents plus a special dividend of 7 cents, bringing total dividend for FY2025 to 20 cents, representing a payout ratio of 58.2% and a dividend yield of 4.9%.
BRC Asia has reported revenue of $837.4 million for its 2HFY2025, up 16% y-o-y. However, earnings in the same period was down 5% y-o-y to $52.2 million with lower net margins.
For the full year ended Sept 30, the steel supplier reported earnings of $94.3 million, up 1% y-o-y. Revenue in the same period was up 5% to $1.55 billion.
