Frasers Property has generated $1.4 billion in pre-sold residential revenues across its various markets, including $0.5 billion in unrecognised revenue in Singapore - specifically, The Robertson Opus, in which the company has an effective interest of 51%, is 56% sold.
China and Australia have generated $0.5 billion and $0.4 billion respectively, while Thailand has just $0.04 billion in unrecognised revenue, says the company in its 1QFY2026 business update, where no earnings nor revenue numbers were offered.
