IHH Healthcare has reported 4QFY2025 earnings of RM528 million, a decrease of 28% y-o-y, bringing full-year earnings to RM2.1 billion, down 21%.

While the operator of hospitals and clinics saw stronger growth especially in Malaysia and India, it suffered unfavourable currency translation effects due to a stronger ringgit, its reporting currency.

If measured on a constant currency basis, the healthcare company's FY2025 earnings would be down 5%.
