3QFY2026 group revenue rose by 8.7% y-o-y to $353.1 million, while group expenditure rose at a lower rate of 8.4% y-o-y to $347.1 million. The higher expenses were mainly attributable to higher manpower costs, subcontract services, materials and IT system implementation as well as startup costs at two new subsidiaries.
SIA Engineering Co (SIAEC) has reported a net profit of $41.9 million for the 3QFY2026 ended Dec 31, 2025, $3.7 million or 9.7% higher y-o-y, bringing its net profit for the 9MFY2026 to $125.2 million, 17% higher y-o-y.
Basic earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at 3.72 cents, bringing SIAEC’s 9MFY2026’s EPS to 11.14 cents on a fully diluted basis.
