A Jefferies report dated June 3 says S-REITs are entering the first genuine distribution per unit (DPU) growth cycle in nearly a decade. Lower local interest rates should feed into DPU in the form of lower finance costs as three-month Sora has been hovering around the 1.02% to 1.08% range for the past six months.
