Nearly every condominium flipped in District 5 (D5) over the past decade was sold at a profit. Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) Realis data analysed by City & Country show 2,387 tracked resale transactions across Pasir Panjang, Buona Vista, West Coast and Clementi. Of these, 2,357 were profitable, one broke even and just 29 were unprofitable.

This translates to a 98.7% profitability rate, indicating that almost every home that changed hands in this district over the last decade delivered gains for sellers.

Large gains despite short holding period
