A two-storey conservation shophouse at 81 Tras Street, tenanted to Italian restaurant Pasta Brava, is up for sale at $15 million, according to sole marketing agent ETC, a member of Realion Group.

With an attic and roof terrace, 81 Tras Street occupies a site area of 151.1 sqm (approximately 1,626 sq ft) and a floor area of 419.0 sqm (approximately 4,510 sq ft), subject to final survey. The guide price works out to approximately $3,326 per sq ft on the floor area.

Under Master Plan 2025, the site is zoned for commercial use, with planning approval for restaurant use on first and second storeys.
