We took a massive renovation programme with 3D for our home. Initially they came across as professional but the work done was very substandard, the ID was uncontactable after a ew months and on top of this we found they did a fraud with us on the paint job. Then they changed the ID, the new guy admitted the error on their part but the project never officially closed off. Their team lead Jen was also pretty much useless and their owner is completely uncontactable. The useless ID on our project was Jacqueline Tan. After she was sacked the next guy Patrick Yapp also went quiet midway and the project never officially completed. Neither of them wanted to inform their CEO of their mistakes. If you want nightmares, then hire them.

Our ID Adam is a very competent and friendly professional. Adam is able to provide positive suggestions and attentive to details. The workmanship is top class. He ensured the finishings is on par , even better than private housings. I know because previously I have stayed at private housings. We wanted certain type of materials but he is able to explain how different types of materials to complement. You won't be disappointed with his professionalism.

Renovated by 3d 3 years+ ago, paid full amount on time and asked for warranty of workmanship for 5 years, now 3d innovation is uncontactable. Cupboard and drawer doors falling off now despite seldom use. Try to call number here but is invalid, called my previous ID and she has no reply. If admin see this pls contact me immediately. Please update ur valid phone number!

we had a great time with arthur li from this outlet. Well spoken and presentable salesperson, and he says he's new but he goes really in depth when discussing our requirements. its impressive seeing someone serve us like that. U DID REALLY WELL Arthur and we look forward to potentially becoming a paying customer!!!!!!!! :p

Bought a renovation package from Wilfrey and this guy really knows what he's doing. Planned out everything smoothly and had the renovations done earlier than expected dateline! Wonderful customer service as well and very accommodating too! Thank you once again for the great effort put in to beautify my place!
