Best decision of our first-time homeowner journey has got to be engaging Keith as our ID! He is responsible, responsive and extremely genuine about wanting to make your home beautiful. Keith is patient and attentive when listening to our requests and wants — from the outset, he took time to explore ideas with us for design conception and consider our preferences. Meetings with him were never rushed and always productive. He is mindful about our budget and never imposes his ideas on us. As our house had an odd layout, he came up with a genius and low-cost idea to resolve it to maximize space. Keith is truly talented, and we are so thankful to him for all his suggestions! Because Keith has been so attentive to our needs and preferences, his 3D renderings and mood boards are always on point and we didn’t have to change anything when we received the renders. Everything was perfect. He then provided us with suggestions on tiles, flooring, furniture and appliances to purchase etc to match the overall theme. He also took time to accompany us to look for the sanitary items, lights, tiles etc, which we really appreciated as it made the planning process seamless and efficient. Prior to the start of the renovation works, we had regular meetings with Keith to finalize the design renders, carpentry, electrical and lighting plans. He meticulously planned out the overall timeline for the renovation works so that we knew what to expect, and everything was completed according to the schedule. Keith also liaised with our MCST to get all the necessary approvals and even went the extra mile by reaching out to our neighbours with gifts to seek their understanding before renovations began! During the renovation works, Keith kept us thoroughly updated — my husband and I even went overseas for 2 weeks and left everything to Keith! We knew we were in good hands. He would send us videos and pictures of the progress, manage delivery of items and promptly advised us on any issues with solutions. The workmanship was great, and everything was carried out according to our plans without any defects. Post-renovation, Keith even spent time sourcing for decoration items to spruce up our home, advised us on where we should place them and purchased them for us. Whilst we’ve heard horror stories and renovation regrets from friends, we did not have any for our home. Keith’s commitment to the project made our renovation process so enjoyable and completely stress-free. We will definitely engage him for our next home renovation. We‘ve been recommending Keith to all our family and friends looking for a reliable and innovative ID, and those who met with him have all agreed that he’s a gem in the industry!
