Huge thank you to Ivy from Alchemist Design for making our BTO vision come to life! From the start she did not try to upsell us, and even advised us against doing certain renovation works due to their costs and suggested alternatives instead. She was super responsive throughout the renovation journey and constantly communicated updates and progress to us, giving us assurances that our renovation is in good hands. While no renovation is without hiccups, she speedily resolved any issues flagged out and in the end we even ended up ahead of schedule! Would definitely recommend Ivy & Alchemist Design for those looking for quality and good value renovation.

I would like to thank Ilyana for her services on helping us renovating our house. She did an amazing job on proposing us the designs that we were looking for and especially helping us choosing our laminates. We would like to thank JingYi for overseeing our home reno. She was very patient and responsive throughout our reno journey. No reno is without hiccups but she was always quick to respond to our queries and clear our doubts. She will ensure things get rectified even when she was away on holidays. Thank you to The Alchemists Design & Gabby for a pleasant experience in our first renovation journey. Definitely recommend The Alchemists! They are also the one recommended by my friend. We got Jasmine as our ID! I am very impressed with her experience, professionalism and how responsive she is. Whichever I requested to her always on point! ?? She always thinks of what is the best way to do things that I didn’t even think of. She plans everything in advance without needing ask her. Just completed the renovation and the costs is still within my initial budget which is best thing. Many of my friends having nightmares with other companies IDs. I’m really glad we had Alchemists and Jasmine to build our home ❤️ Thank you Jasmine for your outstanding work. I have no doubt that you will continue thrive and provide best service as you always do!
