Alexis and her team of contractors provided us a home as we dreamed it to be and we are so happy to be sharing our home with others. The workmanship is good and we haven't had much issues post renovation. No renovation is without hiccups and we had times we needed to negotiate for things we want (e.g., change of tiles at toilet, change of some partition work at doorframe) and other things we work to compromise (e.g., master bedroom wardrobe cutout handle). Beyond the negotiations and compromise which were all managed with rectifications, plus points of working with Alexis is that she is good at visioning (i.e. she sketches in 3D accurately on the spot to allow ideation and clarity in comms), she throws in upgrades that you would have to ask/ pay for (e.g., stainless steel instead of PVC floor traps, aluminium strips instead of PVC joinings for tiles/flooring, colour matching grout, provision of handyman for 1 day installation of miscellaneous items). Our greatest struggle in working with Alexis was her busyness, and the delays we experienced. That said we had the appetite for some delays and were not in a rush to move in, so it was acceptable for us. Our greatest appreciation for Alexis was her capacity to take relentless questions from us as first time home owners. She also showed great tenacity and ability to work with contractors to deliver our home. If you haven't yet decided on your ID, it's worth giving Alexis and her team a shot ☺️
