Denise from Arche helped my wife and I on our renovation journey last year. I commend her for her professionalism, dedication, and all-round fantastic design sense. We first approached Denise two years ago, when we signed our contract for our resale unit at Punggol. Even though we were very early on in our journey, Denise was patient and took time to explain and run through the various elements that would play into our design and plan. Furthermore, even though we were at the height of the pandemic, she did her best to manage our expectations around the delivery timelines, and helped us maintain realistic expectations of when and how we will try to achieve our goals. Denise's aesthetic sense did not let us down throughout our engagement, and each time we deferred to her for her opinion, she would respond promptly with helpful suggestions. She was never pushy with her views, and was able to understand our objectives as if they were her own. Denise also constantly kept us updated on the progress of the renovation works, and was open and transparent about any delays or changes to the timeline. She was very responsive and helped to resolve issues swiftly, even after the handover. Before working with Denise, my wife and I were wary and concerned as many of our friends had bad experiences with their IDs. I am grateful that we met Denise, as our journey with her has been enjoyable, and we did not encounter any major issues while working with her. No journey is perfect, but Denise was able to help us sort through any unexpected situations with calmness and professionalism.

We have worked with Edward, Denise and Joe on our new home and the it was as smooth as it can get. During the earlier consultation phase, up till post renovation, we had prompt responses and everything went with little hiccups. During renovation, we had Joe to ensure everything went as planned. Overall, a great experience.

We chanced upon Arche Interior’s Instagram account and were immediately drawn to their design aesthetic - minimalist, cohesive, functional yet smacks of personality and sophistication. Our decision to engage Arche Interiors proved to be a good one as we had excellent rapport with Aloysius our ID. Aloysius was able to incorporate various storage solutions in his design (which was a priority in our brief to him) yet create a sense of spaciousness in our small condo unit. He took pains to understand our lifestyle needs and made sure his design proposal addressed these concerns. He also set up appointments for us with lighting, fans, curtains and customised furniture suppliers etc. and accompanied us on these shopping expeditions to provide his expert opinion and ensure that the items we selected all tied in cohesively with his design aesthetic. Aloysius was always prompt, thorough and responsive and seamlessly coordinated the entire renovation process. Even when there were slight hitches along the way, Aloysius was very accommodating and made quick adjustments and changes at no extra cost. Overall, we are very satisfied with the quality carpentry, fittings and finishes throughout the unit. Both my husband and I are happy to have worked with Aloysius and readily recommend him and Arche interior to anyone looking to have a stress free renovation experience and a home you look forward to returning to everyday!

Denise from Arche had space plan my house efficiently, integrating modern design elements, making the space and flow tailored to suit by family needs. Renovation had been an enjoyable process together with Denise and Arche. Timelines were met. Finishes had been of quality, expected no less from a professional interior designer. Highly recommended.

Really happy to work with Arche on our first home ID. Denise and Min Hui guided us meticulously throughout the process. They really understood and respected our design ideas and gave great suggestions and feedback without being pushy on their own agenda. communication was also quick regardless of the time which shows how dedicated to us they were. as a first home ID and reno can be stressful, they helped a lot by always being patient with us and constantly updating us the progress. the entire team collectively performed wonderfully (we want to specially thank the Tiler and Electrician also who was super meticulous and detailed with their work). they thought us a lot and now with this great collaboration we are blessed to have a wonderful home we are very happy with.
