We were recommended by our friend to Carpenters where we met Night Cheong our ID. He is very friendly, responsive and quick in his replies which made us decide to engage him for our renovation. Through the course of the project Night remains very responsive and gave very good recommendations for designing our space to accommodate to our living habits. During the renovation, he continues to manage the project and is nice to discuss with regards to changes and some workmanship corrections. Thank you Night for your help throughout the renovation process, my family is very satisfied with the outcome!

We decided to go with Carpenters as our ID firm after meeting with a few companies. What we liked about Carpenters was that they really listened to what we want and our lifestyle instead of pushing for their own set of ideas. Night Cheong was the ID assigned to us. Right from the start, Night was very communicative; responding to our questions very quickly. This was crucial as we were pushing for our renovation to be done quickly, which he delivered. Night has good attention to details, and due to his experience, was able to point out things that we didn’t consider. For example the type of tiles to look out for to use in the bathroom. he was very clear when we needed to top up money for some features which we appreciated. Like all renovations, there were mistakes made here and there. However, Night was quick to respond and rectify these issues when we pointed them out to him. Overall we appreciated his efficiency, his responsive communication.

We saw many good reviews of this company and decided to engage Mr Night Cheong for our renovation for our new place and we have no regrets. He is able to bring our ideas to life and also provide helpful suggestions to our ideas to ensure that our house is suitable to live in long term. Night is also able to reply to our queries extremely fast and follow up almost immediately throughout our renovation period. The workmanship of the workers/contractors provided by Night is also very good as we had very minor defects which are all rectified very promptly. Comparing our renovation experience with our peers, it is clear that the service provided by Night and the company Carpenters Gold is very professional compared to other renovation companies in the market and we highly recommend Night and Carpenters Gold for renovation!
