After sourcing around, we decided to go with cedron as their prices were very competitive. Our point of contact was very understanding and helpful with our sudden requests. They are very meticulous, though not perfect but acceptable to us. Overall had a good experience with them, everything went smoothly!

Thanks to Ivan and Natalie, I've got a beautifully renovated home. I received helpful suggestions on what kind of floor & wall tiles to use. Upon my last minute request, they helped me built beautiful wall tiles in my bedroom. I also appreciate them for running with me twice, to select the door till I finally found the right one VERY satisfactory! When I requested for things to to changed according to my preferences, they put in much effort to make changes for me. Their prices are very reasonable, and Ivan even gave me some FOC items. They pretty efficient too. My 4 room HDB renovation work only took them 2 months to complete.

We are undertaking renovation at our place with Cedron Conception (53440622W). The renovation was scheduled in February, however, due to the incompetency of the Cedron Conception, some rework has to be done. The rework carpentry was conducted today (20/04/2022). However, again, due to the incompetence of the contractor, they burst a water pipe. The contractor got a plumber to come down. However, without prior consultation, they started hacking our walls without our approval. Our kitchen tiles have been badly damaged. This damage was done without our approval and the destruction of private property ensued. Despite my wife pleading with the worker to prevent more hacking to be done, they say continue work. All this happened without our approval and only after we raised our voice did they stop. Unfortunately the damage has already been done. Desmond has never been around. We had to take leave to manage the workers. Even when we are around, the workers never highlight anything to us. The usual pattern is they do something without our approval and we discover and they said damage has been done. Our renovation is was supposed to be completed in February and it is now April. Furthermore, the 3d design of the carpentry is totally different from the carpentry. The carpenter was not even referring to the 3d or the autocad. Refer to the pictures to see his workmanship. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
