Ciseern and Cindy were the first ID that we met when we were starting on our ID search journey. On our first meeting with Cindy, we were really impressed and surprised by the level of detail and discussion that Cindy went into. Subsequently, one of the key factors we went with Cindy as our ID because we were comfortable with the engagements we had and confidence in her team and Ciseern as a brand. Through the several pre-reno discussions, Cindy was patient with our questions and also gave very precise professional advices which made our “layman” lives very easy, as we could largely go with her proposed suggestions. We were really satisfied with the 3D rendering and most importantly the detail hand-drawn carpentry drawings. The pace of the renovation was very comfortable and Cindy project managed the reno very methodically. She had a great working relationship with her partners – tilers, electricians, plumber, painter and carpenters etc. The renovation process went through without much fuss and it was really easy for us the homeowners. We only required to give our inputs to the items which we wanted to add on during the process, and Cindy was very accommodating to our requests and duly delivered. With every renovation, the crux would be the quality of the build and I can safely say the quality from flooring, masonry, electrical works, carpentry, all delivered was immaculate. I would like to highlight that it’s also the little things that matters, and this level of quality/care was demonstrated in the constant protection works which was done really well. Overall Cindy is the first ID we ever worked with for our house, and we more than satisfied and very happy with the project that Cindy delivered on time and on point.

My experience with ID on house design and renovation has been fantastic. She incorporated Celuka waterproof boards in the kitchen sink area, it was a standout feature. Had the opportunity to work with Cindy from Ciseern on the design and renovation for my new place. Everything was planned as scheduled, as she gave timely updates and advice on how to design the place to suit the theme we wanted. She also got us several good deals on the fans, lightings and toilet accessories. Overall, it was a good experience we had with her and the after sales service is excellent too, as she follows up with the touch up works even after full payment has been made. Would recommend Cindy for a fuss-free renovation experience.

Our ID Frank is patient to listen to our needs and incorporate them in his proposed design to match our lifestyle. We were pleased when we saw the conceptualization of the Modern Scandinavian theme home. Frank has a flair for being meticulous and often give us practical suggestions when we were deciding the renovation details. During the renovation period, Frank and Daphne ensured that we were updated of the progress and coordinated well with the vendors to ensure that we were on schedule. We did not have to worry due to the close communication. We would highly recommend them as they have gone the extra mile to design and deliver our dream home. Even after we have moved in, Frank still attends to our queries when we needed touch up work. ?

BIG thanks to Sandra from Ciseern for her excellent work on my new home. Sandra is impressively reliable, helpful and patient throughout the entire renovation process. She has a fine eye for detail, quick to respond and dealt with all my questions and concerns promptly at all times. Her well-considered suggestions on matters such as choice of colours, lightings, fittings and fixtures attributed to speeding up my decision making process. I am very satisfied with the transformation of my new place to the cozy and comfortable perfect home for me.
