Highly recommend Alvin from Couple Abode. We engaged Alvin to help renovate our 4-room BTO and are so thankful that we did! From the first meeting, Alvin took the time to understand our preferences and lifestyle so that he would be able to provide an interior design that suits us. He has a keen eye for detail and is proactive in ensuring the quality of the contractors’ work such that we didn’t even have to frequently head down to the site to check the work ourselves. He is sufficiently experienced such that he was able to foresee potential issues / considerations so that we would be able to make an informed choice. He also often provided recommendations which were superior to our initial ideas. Alvin has a high standard for both aesthetics and provided lots of guidance and recommendations along the way, including for furniture and fittings so that the entire place would look cohesive, while also respecting our preferences and budget. Thank you Alvin for providing us with a smooth sailing and stress-free renovation journey, and a beautiful yet practical home.

Extremely satisfied with the outcome. - Great to work with - Responsive - Gives good advice but is very receptive to what we want - Goes above and beyond We did a lot of carpentry and it was relatively complicated compared to our friends who also just got their homes. We are very satisfied with the results. Even when there were small issues arising, it was rectified rather quickly. 10/10 would recommend

My wife and I are super satisfied with engaging Couple's Abode in our renovation journey! We were extremely fortunate to have both Alson and Annabel lead our project. They were able to accurately capture the theme of what we wanted right from the very first consultation, balancing both aesthetics and function. There were many points where we had certain designs in mind that were purely aesthetic, but they were able to convey the advantages and disadvantages between every design decisions, and counter propose several options to consider. Honestly, I felt that spoke a lot regarding their experience in this field. I also appreciated that they did not make me feel pressured at any point of time. Their communication was top notch. Every renovation was bound to have hiccups and hurdles. I think this was especially so as we were first-time owners who did not have a complete idea of what we really wanted, and hence changed our minds multiple times throughout the process (haha sorry Alson!). I really liked that they were patient and responsive, and mistakes/changes were quickly rectified. Thank you for always being one call away. The renovation costs was definitely reasonable, and they did their best to stick within our budget with minimal compromises. I really like that every decision to add or remove certain elements was thoroughly consulted with us, explaining the thought process, pros & cons, and ultimately empowering us to make the best decision even though we were both suaku. To top things off, they actually managed to stick to the proposed timeline despite several last minute changes on our end. :) Honestly, there are definitely going to be cheaper companies out there, and we definitely met a number of different IDs who promised us even lower costs and all. But the satisfaction and peace of mind that we got throughout the entire journey is priceless - all with reasonable costs and respecting our budget. Thank you Alson & Annabel!

Was overwhelmed tinking the need to go thru the process of designin, renovatin for my newly brought resale flat… However Couple Abode solved all these problem for me… I wouldnt say there was a smooth sailing transition thru out the whole reno mainly due to the structure of the flat that there r some changes needed to b made… However Alson who i/c of my ID n reno made it stress free for me… I fully gave him my 100% trust to complete my dream house design, he nv fail to update of the process thru out the reno process… Believe it or not i didnt need to be physically ard the house for the whole reno, i juz dropped by couple of times due to my eagerness on how is the process done… Alson even made time for me to choose the house electrical stuff n accessories as well… Too many designs to choose fr n i juz need his professional pnt of view… He even helped me fix up of furniture i bought fr Taobao… The outcome of the reno was indeed perfect dream house… Kudos to Annabel as well who was assisting Alson, she help us alot in choosing of titles. Choosin of titles was really overwhelming with the wild range of designs and types… Thx a million Alson n not forgettin Annabel too!

Couple Abode - Alvin We found out about Couple Abode via Qanvast. We decided to go with Alvin and never looked back since. Alvin left a great first impression when I saw how organised he was with the different projects he was managing. He took the time to understand our personal style and lifestyle even before starting on design proposal. He was also very open to our ideas and was patient when I had a full powerpoint deck of my moodboard. Working with Alvin was a breeze and stress free. He has always been responsive, responsible and most of all patient in explaining everything to us throughout the renovation process. Despite the covid restrictions, our renovation was super smooth. We would recommend Alvin in a heartbeat!
