As I planning to renovate my kitchen, I search for good reviews and chose Design 4 Space at Toa Payoh. Roland Luke who picked my first call, he was nice and polite to answer my enquiries. This made me choose him for sure. During the renovation process, he made a good arrangement for which contractors to come first. He also given me some professional suggestions to comply with me the colors and type for the kitchen cabinet. The contractor who did my kitchen cabinet, have done a clean nice job. Roland has made a smooth and satisfying job for my kitchen renovation.

As first-time home owners with no prior experience in renovation, you can trust that your home is in ID Vincent’s good hands! We met with several other IDs and decided to engage Vincent without much hesitation. All other IDs that we met asked a few questions, then sketched and show us the typical 4-room BTO template layout, which we were quite disappointed. Vincent had done very well in his approach of engagement, where we were asked questions about our lifestyle and habits. He would then make recommendations based on our needs to suit our lifestyle & habits. Think of it as renovating your house to suit you, rather than you trying to adapt into your renovated house. We are very thankful and happy with the outcome. Commendable effort from his team of contractors. Quality and workmanship of carpentry, electrical and plumbing works are top-notch, we receive only praises from family and friends when they visit. Reno regrets? None at all! Thanks to Vincent’s sound advice and detailed planning that we have a practical and cozy home today ?

Our experience with Design4Space has been really pleasant. Our ID Elyne and Wayne were very helpful and friendly. From accepting our project despite the tight deadline to keeping us regularly updated on the progress of the house.
