Great experience working with Jacky. During the planning stage, he was patient and open to listen to our design themes and ideas while providing us practical suggestions. He was very sincere in taking up our job. The whole renovation process was nearly 100% smooth sailing and completed within the timeline . For those minor issues that we brought up, Jacky was very responsive and fast in rectifying them. We were also really impressed with the final results as it was the same as his 3D drawings. Jacky is definitely one of those ID that will goes above and beyond to perform his duties. Highly recommend him to new home owners who are interested to engage Design Plus.

It's really a pleasure to work with Jacky, his professional and commitment to the project was awesome. Although during the renovation encountered hiccups which is normal, Jacky is able to handle and solve these issues promptly. Kudos to Team design plus we are glad we engaged Jacky ! We have moved into our new house for 1 mth and everyone who has visited us is full of praise ! He is patient and willing to listen to us , I show him many videos and he will explain if it is practical or doable he will try to enhance the idea or give the best solution. He is also quick to respond to our needs and of course every project definitely has some hiccups here n there nothing is perfect but he is able to rectify the issues immediately. Most importantly we have very tight schedule for the renovation job as we are doing contra and he is able to meet deadlines even when we push forward our moving date Jacky has the can do spirit and he provided us with prompt update there is no need for us to chase him for update. Overall, it was a breeze to work with Jacky ! Thank you for the good job done ?????

Chanced upon Design Plus SG on FB, as we were looking for renovation IDs for our new place. Was attracted by the ID team, Irvin & Angel's explanation & friendliness when they came down for site visit and quotation. They are able to explain clearly what needs to be done to rectify the poor condition of the place, unlike other IDs we enquired before.. Throughout the reno works, Angel is conscientious and detailed in her project management. She promptly sent a variety of mood boards for me to choose from... And eventhough there were hiccups due to low stock or shortage of manpower during this COVID-19 period, she ensured us that the team will try their best to aim for completion by the dateline given. Which indeed they stick to their promises... She also helped to handle our appliances delivery, and ensureall go smoothly.. Even though we are living in while renovation works are ongoing. Thanks so much for the hard work, dedication and help in assisting us with our needs and wants, making our dream kitchen & vanity toilet come true.
