Having gone through nearly 10 ID firms, Joseph from Dots N Tots was a clear choice from the start. At the first meeting, he was able to advise us pros and cons of our suggested designs of our 4rm BTO and alternative solutions to those cons. He had a portfolio of photos of his previous projects which allowed us to have a clear understanding of what he is trying to explain. Throughout the renovation journey, he was very prompt in responding to queries and always keeps us updated on the work progress. Defect rectification at the end was a smooth one as they were handled almost instantly within the same week. He definitely made this renovation journey a smooth one. Thank you Joseph and Dot N Tots for this wonderful home.

Thank you Alson for the great service provided. My wife and I briefly told him what style and designs we are looking at and he is able to make a few rough designs on the spot for us to pick. He even went to the extend to introduce us a few places where we can purchase our home appliances to save us some cost! As we were rushing to move in, he also managed to rush out quality work within the timeframe given. All in all a very well prepared, professional and knowledgeable designer. We are extremely happy with his service! Thank you Alson!

My wife and I are very happy with Victoria & Jun from Dots 'N" Tots . We really like how they designed our kitchen, living room and bedroom. For example, they suggested having 2 different gray tones for our kitchen cabinets with gold accent handles to the bottom cabinets. We really like how it turned out, making the entire kitchen the highlight of our house. They are very receptive to our comments and is willing to make changes the overall designs better then better expected suit our requirements and living habits. We are very appreciative that both of them accompanied us on several occasions to shop for lights, bathroom and kitchen accessories making the renovation journey great Victoria on the hand, is a very dependable and responsible project manager. She is frequently on site to check on the workmanship of their contractors. She will updates us on the project progress frequently and will help sort out any issues as soon as possible. Overall, I am grateful to have Victoria and Jun to be part of our renovation journey.

My wife & I contacted Dots N Tots for a residential landed A&A job and Jun gotten back to us. Jun and his team were very enthusiastic with our entire project & when presenting to us his ideas and options they were actually much more then we expected. They went through all the pros & cons, differences between practically & aesthetics. They also took huge consideration into accounting our budget as well as necessity as the timeline progresses and they always provide us with an alternative with similar results or sometimes even better. They also show a good amount of genuine care and support for client-designer relationship and also come off as an approachable figure when we face a tough call to make during the span of the entire project timeline & design of it. Till date, we are greatly impressed with what Jun and his team has done for us and would definitely recommend him to others who are looking for not only a temporary makeover, but one that still maintain their landed home its beauty and character with time

Engaged Victoria from Dots N Tots for our restaurant for revamp work, i am so glad that we made the right choice with her. She is very responsive and gave a lot of valuable advise before and after the job complication. The work schedule and worker arrangement is perfect as we need to settle everything in 2 weeks time during the short closure for CNY break. Victoria manage to help to settle some existing issue in the restaurant too! Will definitely recommend Victoria to anyone who needed an ID in the future.
