We would like to thanks Kayden for overseeing our home Reno. He was patient and responsive to clear the issue on-site. He is not pushy to purchase any accessories from his contact . He made the renovation easy for us and even hand over ontime without any delay . More importantly ,he Is able to manage all his subcontractors to rectify all issues before handover. We are impressed with his and will definitely recommend Kayden to anyone who are looking for renovations.

My first and worst ID experience. Went with Ron because he seemed to know what we wanted for our house at the start but little were we wrong. - Made a lot of false promises throughout when he knew clearly he could not deliver. - Had to design my master bedroom cabinet doors when I thought this should be done by the ID design team. If not, why am I paying for their services and doing their job. - Forwarded him the exact design for my master toilet door and he built wrong and guilt-tripped us into accepting it when we are the paying customer and had to live with it. - Recommended and brought us to Wasser Bath at Balestier to purchase pricey toilet accessories which mostly broke in less than 1 year and leaked water. - Cut corners on all the laminates for the bottom sides of carpentry. - Fitted a slanted glass door with a 5cm gap for the kitchen to which we firmly rejected. End up our kitchen does not have a door now. - Promised to sell a wrongly fitted living room console to another customer and reimburse us the $1.2k that we paid but no news since 2019. - Poor after-sale attitude and services once we paid the full renovation sum and requested his services for all the defects observed and ghosted/blocked us on WhatsApp. Highly unrecommended and warned all my friends and families about this unreliable company. Think twice if you want to commit to this company. We certainly regretted our decisions back then.

I used Dreamaker's services for my 3 gen HDB and I am glad to say that it turned out really well! The designers were very responsive and gave quality suggestions throughout every step of our renovation process! I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family .

Right from the start, the services the two of you have rendered have been very professional which makes it easy for us to work together. Throughout the renovation journey, you guys have been very accomodating, understanding and helpful. Seeing through the additions and changes I requested shows the good years of experience you have which allowed my family to trust you guys. I personally think that over the number of Interior Designers I have met, you guys were more than willing to share your knowledge to help my renovation journey easier and gave sound advices as well as good recommendations.
