Cindy and regina was our ID, they were patient and helpful for us first time owner. We felt that we could communicate with them even tho we were oversea most of the time. They have their own factory which made us trust them more. Thumbs up to this team of ID

We paid a deposit. Dreamcatcher asked for a substantial additional payment for 3D diagrams (around $5k) after the contract was signed. Dreamcatcher did not do any work on our flat (they did not step into our flat). Our deposit was not refunded.
