We were introduced to Elton and Eddy by two different friends and were very pleased with the professional services rendered. We were able to move in within our proposed timeline. The tiling, carpentry and plumbing workmanship exceeded our expectations, areas with shortfall were rectified promptly. Elton and Desmond were friendly and approachable. They listened to all out requirements and created the 3D plan with their professional experiences. What ever small request we had, Elton did his best to comply with it. The renovation process was transparent and they were happy to make small amendments during the process to suit the layout. Elton also excelled in helping us plan a Hindu prayer alter, which they have not done before. The final product turned out to be much better than what we planned. The cost of the renovation was reasonable and transparent. The payment schedule was fair and Elton never once demanded payment. We felt it showed his professionalism and commitment to the project.

We got to know about Elton through word of mouth. From the request of quotation till final handover, communication with Elton had been smooth and transparent. The design and quality was customised as our preferences and suitable budget. The works were initiated as per schedule and smoothly completed. Additional requests were accommodated wherever possible. The works were always supervised well and updates were regularly provided. We even engaged Elton for smaller installation after renovation and he was very responsive to quote and finish as per schedule. Overall, it has been great working with Elton and his team for our home renovation! Highly recommend! ??

The whole renovation journey was very transparent and Elton and sean gave us the confidence to go with them as they were easy going and quick in responding. Their quotes are reasonable and payment structure was fair. Most importantly, even when our reno was done during the covid period and they were short handed, their workers really worked hard to make sure everything is perfect. They were also very flexible in allowing us to engage our own supplier for certain areas. Overall, E Modern is a honest and trustworthy company. They made sure to handover properly and fixed any problems that arises quickly.

After purchasing a 40 year old resale 5 room flat, I had spoken to numerous IDs for the design and renovation. Elton was recommended by another friend who has engaged his services. He would listen to my ideas and offer his perspective and it helped me to understand what I wanted. I did my due diligence and checked and compared quotes and Elton is one of the best. Service and response is relatively prompt. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, and was taken care professionally. With his sincere altitude, I trust that Elton would continue to provide his best service and value for money renovation services.
