Definitely not the smoothest renovation we hope due to organization changes at our time of reno. But credit has to be given to the likes of Charles, Immanuel, Will, Lori and Denis for their best attempt to work things out for us. High quality of work remains there to be seen and hence we are glad everything turns out well eventually. So thank you Eightytwo for a great job done

We have our own dream home now and Ponnie was our ID. It was our first time working with an ID and Ponnie made us feel comfortable from the onset. She was unassuming, extremely patient and accommodated all our requests at design stage. She also took personal responsibility to ensure the works were done in accordance to the agreed design and was responsive to rectify faults when they appear. All in all, it was a pleasant experience to have worked with her and we have also learned much about balancing design with practicality. We would highly recommend Ponnie to anyone who wants to turn your house/apartment into a dream home.

Alex from Eightytwo was my ID for my new home renovation which we had more than 5 years ago in 2016. We were careful to find a suitable ID who really listen and understood our needs. Eightytwo was the 5th ID firm we spoke and Alex managed to engaged us on the first meeting . Alex was proactive and serious with site inspection, he will always come down to check on how the renovation was taking place as different contractors worked. He was meticulous with work done by contractors and very open to our feedback on the quality of work done. Our communication were usually via whatapp where Alex will provide progress and status of the renovation which always aligned when we did our own inspection later on. I appreciate Alex being very open and honest with his update about the good and the bad. And if there were any hiccups and need to be rectified he will follow up closely. I remembered a few months after project completion, the light bulbs started to give problem, even though this may not be a direct problem with Alex, he helped to connect us with the lighting shop and we managed to get all our light bulb replaced (likely a faulty batch). Same for some of the carpentry work that needed minor rectification, Alex was also responsive in connecting us with the Carpenter to rectify the problem. Our home renovation journey has been a pleasant and blissful one and 5 years on, reno done remains beautiful and durable.

Though the wait to complete the renovations of our house took longer because of the pandemic and circuit breaker, my husband and I are thankful that we were fortunate to have Ponnie who was very helpful, patient and accommodating. She listened to our views and considered our needs in the design of our space. Right from the start, Ponnie always got back to us on time and was consistent with giving us updates about the situation and progress of our renovations. It is thanks to her that we have a nice, cozy and beautiful house. It was a good experience working with her and we would not hesitate to recommend her and Eighty Two to my friends.

Alex from Eightytwo was my ID for the renovation which we had more than 4 years ago in 2016. The process of doing the concept for your house takes a while and Alex guided us through the process. It was the second time we did a renovation and there was a few things that struck us that was different from the first experience. Like night and day. First was that Alex was proactive and he does do site inspections seriously and will come down to see how the renovation is taking place as different contractors come down to do the work. There was one time as we were working, I asked my dad to come down to open the doors to let the contractor in. Alex came by and checked the work that was done and my dad was impressed by his meticulousness and how he tested the workmanship of the things that was done. Second was during the renovation itself, there were some issues with the existing sink (likely because the contractor came by to dismantle part of it for wet works and left it dangling) and he was able to resolve it on his own and showed that he is knowledgeable on what you will be installing in your homes. It showed in the recommendations that he made and suggestions to improve the design and functionality of our home. He also showed his professionalism in handling rectification work as one of the back LED lighting done up in the study area went kaput in less than one year (the transformer for that was busted). He got the contractor to come by and rectify it no questions asked and also checked back on the status of the rectification work. The rest of the things that were done are still working great more than four years later. So in summary, proactive, knowledgeable and professional.
