Our experience with Hongkun as our interior designer was fantastic. Hongkun paid meticulous attention to our ideas and needs, and we are very pleased with the results. Hongkun's ability to truly understand our vision and preferences was remarkable. He took the time to listen to us, and every aspect of his design reflected our unique style and requirements. The result felt like it was a reflection of our personality and lifestyle. What really won us over right from the start was Hongkun's use of realistic mockups. Seeing our ideas come to life in such detail and accuracy before the actual implementation was incredibly reassuring. It allowed us to make informed decisions and visualized the transformation of our space with confidence. Hongkun's commitment to customer satisfaction didn't end with the design phase. His after-sales service is top-notch. He ensured that everything was executed, promptly addressed any concerns, and made sure we were delighted with the final outcome. This level of care and dedication is truly commendable. Hongkun's friendly and approachable nature made the entire design process enjoyable and stress-free. We felt comfortable discussing our ideas and concerns with him, and he always went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. While not the most budget-friendly, we wholeheartedly recommend Ethan Interiors and ID Hongkun to anyone in search of an interior designer who listens, creates, and cares.

I would like to compliment Elain Tan for being so patient, responsive and professional even though me and my wife did not engage with her due to our tight budget. Throughout the whole process Elain has been very nice and professional by giving us a lot of ideas and design to make our dream home come true. Unfortunately, we are not able to engage her. I would like to Thank and Compliment LYVIA ER for doing such a wonderful job with my home renovation. She is knowledgeable, efficient, understands my requirements, meticulous, attentive to details and has been a huge help. She offers good advices and recommendations to the home renovation planning and designs with functional practical ideas for long term usage yet aesthetically pleasing. I’m pleasantly surprised she has thought of so many details which did not occur to me. She is responsible in overseeing the renovation in all stages and I value and trust her expertise and commitment to her work. The quality of her contractors work has been impressive too, with good quality worksmanship. She is very adapt at resolving problems and responsive to our communications. It’s really rare to have good experience with renovation and I’m Thankful Lyvia has made renovation such a breeze and a pleasant experience.

So thankful that we engaged Elain from Ethan Interiors as our ID. Our unit is a 5 room resale HDB and extensive reno was needed. We were working on a tight deadline, started reno in mid Nov and target completion in mid Feb. Elain kept us updated throughout the reno, sending us photos and highlighting any problems that came up along the reno. Super nice, pleasant and responsible young lady. ? She went furniture shopping with us and even helped us with the soft furnishings. Very satisfied with the tiling works and carpentry too. Although there were some minor hiccups, but were ironed out quickly.

Ethan Interiors was the second ID we'd visited during our ID search, and after the first meeting with them, we already felt settled and didn't want to continue with the rest of our planned meetings with other IDs. From the first meeting, all sessions were very productive with Ethan and our ID, Elain who were able to guide us through the process and propose ideas according to our flat's layout and our lifestyle habits. Ethan was exceptionally good at visualising the space and explaining to us how the placement of our furniture and carpentry should complement the space. Throughout the renovation process, Elain always followed up promptly and diligently and resolved any issues and queries we raised. Despite some inevitable delays from the vendors, Elain managed to keep the process on schedule to complete the handover in good time! Thank you! :)
