Thanks Flo design for the great service and special shoutout to my ID- Min Shi who is very professional, experienced and reliable. TBH, I heard many of my friends had really bad renovation experience. However, I decided to engage Min Shi as my ID for my house renovation through my friend’s recommendation without comparing with any other ID film as I was really impressed by her detailed analysis and practical advice. She is really dedicated, responsible and very efficient. I managed to finish my renovation with good quality even earlier than the expected timeline due to her efficiency and well planning. I will definitely recommend Min Shi to my friends or anyone who wants a hassle free renovation experience with reasonable price??

We had the pleasure of engaging an outstanding Interior Design consultant, Denyse from Flo Design. She is a highly experienced consultant who provides quality and creative proposals. Beyond that, the important quality she possesses are honesty, friendliness, responsiveness, patience, and politeness. We were referred to her by a friend, and thankfully, it turned out to be the best decision we made. She surpassed all five consultants we found through Google search and renovation fairs. Some other interior designers offered very low quotations, but they lacked creativity and alternative design ideas, seemingly only interested in closing sales targets. Denyse, on the other hand, was the complete opposite. She paid great attention to detail and was accommodating to our needs. For instance, she accompanied us several times to source tiles from various locations. Additionally, she provided valuable recommendations based on her past experiences with other clients. Whenever we proposed a design idea, she would honestly tell us whether it made sense and if it fit the theme of our home. It felt like we were working with a friend throughout the entire process, and we are grateful that we remain friends even after the renovation is completed. If, like me, you are searching for interior designer recommendations in the "wild," I highly recommend giving her a chance. In my opinion, an interior design consultant's skills are separate from the company they work for. Even if you don't end up engaging her services, I guarantee you will learn something valuable just from having a conversation with her. Without a doubt, we will seek her expertise again for any future renovation needs.

It’s our 2nd time engaging Flo Design for our home design and renovation. Last round, our family and friends were very impressed with the design and workmanship. When we sold that condo unit, the carpentry workmanship was good enough to add value to our selling price. (The new owners kept everything and moved in straight) This time round as well, everyone was impressed with our new home. It was challenging to design and renovate a 4 storey house on a tight timeline, but we did it! There were lots of open discussions and MinShi & Roger (designers) were open to our ideas. They gave good designs and suggestions as well. We had many special requests like a customised alter, changing of staircase direction, building a full length wall with conceal doors in the living room. The designers were able to made them happen. The meetings with the designers and carpenter to draw out every single carpentry compartments plus choosing the lamination/counter top materials were intense and tiring, but totally necessary and we ended up with a house that had the exact storage spacing that we needed. Overall, it was a great experience.

We have met up a few IDs and we decided that Hannah from Flo Design is the right choice as she is the only one who can understand the design concept we wanted and I think most importantly she is experience in this field and she know the latest design trend. We are very satisfied with outcome of our home done by her. Hannah is always on time, efficient in her work, provide clear update of renovation status to us, and very responsive in our enquires. Great people management skill as she was able to handle well her onsite team thus making this renovation smoothly amidst the Covid restrictions. The timeline we given her was short and we are delighted and satisfied that she is able to hand over the house before the deadline. She is very reliable , professional and responsible ID and will advise us practical design ideas which suit our needs. We sincerely thanks Hannah and flo design team for design our beautiful home!
