Was expecting the whole timeline to be longer but Jessie was very responsive in getting things done in a quicker schedule . A very personal touch of service with patience and always ready to listen to needs and then giving advice of what is best for the outcome. Certainly one that I would recommend to others to use Groove’s design services. Some areas that can further increase their capabilities and overall efficiency is on certain aspects of technical designs were probably looking into the customer’s ideas and turning it into a very effective practical work. Other than this, I can say I am fully satisfied with the services and skill set of the design ideas . Very pragmatic in her approach which is very much the right approach with her customer. Wife and I engaged Groove Interior to renovate our 4rm resale HDB . Due to all the renovation horror stories we read online, we were very careful when we were shortlisting our ID. Now my renovation is completed and we're really happy with the outcome . We are lucky to have Andrew as our ID who handled the project really well. Although It's our first renovation and with our busy schedules, Andrew guided and helped us through each step of the way, making the renovation process a breeze.
