I decided to engage Hansel Studio after meeting 7 ID firms. They are not the most outspoken, but definitely very professional. I wanted a house that is functional and comfortable for my dog as well. During all meetings, my ID (Jac) would always have prepared everything that I've asked for prior to the meeting, and Jac will always take into account my dog. During the whole renovation process, I was also kept updated and engaged constantly. It was very stress free as I didn't even need to go to the site to check that progress was made. At one point, Jac alerted that the fridge and washer may need to shift their positions. She is so meticulous she even marked out the proposed location with tapes so that i could better visualise. The renovation completed within the time frame as communicated, but even then Jac will constantly check in to make sure everything is fine. My house may not be the fanciest and trendiest, but my house is definitely very functional, thanks to the advice Jac has provided.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience working with Hansel Studio. The moment we went to their webpage and Instagram to view their works, we instantly knew that this is the style, design and worksmanship that we want for our dream home. It not only met, but exceeded our expectations. WS, ZY and Mandy are so professional and patient. WS especially, always took the effort to go down to site to monitor the works, ensuring everything is in place. Even after they have handed over, they took the effort to rectify the minor details and works. Absolutely professional! If you are looking for an ID that you are able to confidently ‘not take leave’ to ‘jaga’ your renovation, Hansel Studio is the choice to go for and you will never regret. ?

Really thankful we found Hansel Studio to renovate our new place..they were approachable and prompt since the first time we contacted them. It was a great experience working with Hansel Studio from quotation, design to handover. Our designers zy and Jac provided good and beautiful design ideas that suit our needs and are open to share their thoughts if something is not feasible. They understand our preferences and make efforts to source and suggest designs for tiles, laminates, lights. The project management was smooth and we managed to move in early within our planned timeline. Overall the workmanship was good quality. There were some minor touch ups but were all done very promptly. Thank you ws, Jac and their team for helping us build our new home! (:

We renovated our first home in March 2022. We visited a few ID but there was no match to the professionalism and standard of work by Hansel Studio. We also realized their price point was higher than most IDs but from all other interaction, we only had confidence in them. Our Reno process was relatively smooth. Our designer - Jac has a good eye for design, she is also responsible with all aspects of the project and responsive to our queries. The space planning was quite well done and we are enjoying our home a lot. There were only minor issues with some electrical works but considering it was our first home, we are quite proud of the outcome with the help of Hansel Studio. The finishing requires some touch-up but they came down and resolved issues within matter of days. I would recommend if you have a comfortable budget, little time and value good service and quality.

My experience with Hansel had been amazing from day 1. My ID ZY has great taste, and most importantly, she listens to my needs and consider the usability carefully when I explains my habits. During the working phase, not just providing the high quality work, the team would keep me posted with any major updates at least weekly. They are detail oriented and considerate, managing my changing request with care and never drop tasks. A project like this would never be easy, however the experience with Hansel had been smooth and comfortable - when you know they are so dependable.
