Joey and Dave presented great designs and innovative tailored made solutions to our requirement. They listened patiently and work tirelessly to cater to our design requests which stretched through many meetings late at night. Johnson’s vision for our project was meticulously thought out from the start. The wealth of experience that he brought to the table gave us the confidence that we were in great hands. Every step of the way, we felt heard and understood as our ideas and requirements came to life. After countless revisions and updates, for which every one was accommodated (or a reasonable alternative proposed), our house now certainly feels like home. Offering not just great ideas, Johnson was also an excellent project manager and always on top of things, giving us the peace of mind knowing that there would be no surprises or emergencies to handle.

Although we had a clear vision for our home and had already created a detailed design plan, Chingloong and David provided valuable insights to enhance our ideas and offered creative suggestions to elevate our design. Johnson was our ID and was absolutely amazing. Patient, kind and extremely responsible. He spent time understanding our needs and wants (needing a music / recording studio with sound-proofing and acoustic treatment), lifestyle and helped us to find alternatives when certain items were out of budget. He even went out of his way to go shopping with us to select fridges / washing machines+dryers / stoves etcetc. Walls were hacked thoughtfully and layouts were played around with to better maximise space and efficiency, and to suit our needs. Everything was right on schedule, and the end product was spot on - he was there almost every day during the reno process! Our unit (20 year-old EA) has been loved by all guests who have visited and been highly praised for it's condo-like feel. Johnson always goes the extra mile, even helping us with touch up after our direct neighbours started doing heavy renovations which affected some of the paint work way after our move-in date. We really enjoyed working with him and would strongly and highly recommend him to everyone else. Thanks Johnson! We really like the space that you've thoughtfully curated and designed for us.

Being a 2nd-time home owner, my wife and I are particular about the renovation of our new home - to be aesthetically pleasing yet functional. That has led us to engage David from HDA. Dave (as we called him) won us over with his eye for aesthetics, while incorporating our needs. We also like the fact that Dave did not hard-sell, but gave us suggestions on possible ways to work within our budget. That may be subtle to some, but it shows the confidence he has in his work. It is also the chemistry we had with him that led us to engage him - He's able to understand our requirements and we like his proposal from the onset. Dave had proposed a design that not just fit the furnishings that the developer has already provided, but to add character to the space without compromising on our needs. On project management, we had Edwin and Dave both managing our project. Edwin managed the technical aspect while Dave oversees the progress. Dave and Edwin were accommodating to the changes and we are privileged to have 2 reference points throughout the renovation journey. Workmanship was certainly within our expectation, and there has been several occasions where they came over to touch up and rectify smaller issues even after work has completed. If you are looking for someone with an eye for aesthetics and creativity, but yet retain a practical approach in designing your space, look for Dave.
