Approached the company to get an appointment as their portfolio was alike to what i had in mind for my own house renovation. Their project admin was quick to ask for details, but when i gave her a rough budget which i guess was mismatched with their expectations, i was ghosted then and there. After emailing for a response, this admin just mentioned that the budget expectation was not met and ended off. I then asked based on the information given, what was a possible budget for our project as i was still keen and willing to increase to the budget range mentioned by her. But once again was ghosted without a reply. My initial excitement to work with this company has dipped as i don't think i was being dealt with professionally. In the end, i decided to go with an ID who seemed more humble and patient to deal with.

From our first meeting, Priscilla impressed us with her ideas for reimagining our space. She has an exceptional and seemingly intuitive sense of aesthetics and her portfolio reflects the diverse range of design styles she can turn her eye to. In particular, we appreciated her attention to detail and form as we moved through the many iterations of the design process. She also has a very strong and professional team of contractors who delivered across carpentry, electricals, plumbing, painting and so on. Although it may be some time until our next project, we are already looking forward to working with Priscilla, Lorcan and the HA team again in the future!

Priscilla is very patient and provided valued inputs during the selection of materials and overall design of the unit. She was always contactable and was present during important milestone meetings / site visits. Her attention to details is very much valued and I really appreciate all the hard work she put in for my renovation post circuit breaker when it was not easy to procure materials.
