A big thank you to the team at Hock Hoon! We found them via IG and after the first meeting we already had a feeling we will pick them as our ID. What impressed us the most was Xin Hui was willing to listen to our needs and turn those needs into interesting designs that we would never think of. We really appreciate all the little details that she put into the designs to make our place special. The team at Hock Hoon are super responsive and responsible. There are bound to be hiccups during renovation, but what impressed me the most is their sense of responsibility and how fast they resolve certain situations. Special mention to Ci En and Uncle in ensuring that all the carpentry and really top quality. What drew me to Hock Hoon started with the video on their website where Uncle was featured at his workshop. Looking at the end result I can really feel Uncle did give his 100% in every piece of carpentry he has produced.

It has been a month since we moved into the our new home designed and renovated by Hock Hoon and we have enjoyed staying in the our new home immensely. Design elements proposed and built by them are practical e.g placement of mirror and ledge at entrance and room)and visually appealing (pelmet that frames the living area and outdoor view). We appreciate that they design with the constraint of preserving existing built in furniture and floor. We like their pragmatic approach in design that did not result in excessive elements which could end up redundant. Furniture picking and styling advices given by them was also great to furnish the house. Issues that are common in renovation were resolved without big fuss from them.

We could not have asked for a better design team to work with for our home. After meeting numerous IDs, Ci En and team at Hock Hoon impressed us with their design proposal which was inline with what we aimed to achieve our home. The designs were well thought and made use of the space efficiently. Ci En and Xin Hui made it easy for us with selecting materials and furnitures for our home. One thing that stands out was the build quality of the carpentry works. Ci En’s dad did a great job on them. You can see the great craftsmanship in the end product and its really impressive. Our home turned out to look the same as the 3D render. Overall, it was a pleasure working together with the team from Hock Hoon. Highly recommended!

My husband and I are very satisfied with their design and work for our 5-room resale flat. We loved the carpentry works for the whole house, great quality and most delicate workmanship done by Mr Ng Chin Hok. Ci En gives good insights and will patiently explain the rationales behind each design that he suggested. He too also assured us that we could still contact him even after the handover. For Xin Hui, she gives good advice on color matching and the choice of furniture to go with the theme that we wanted for our home. Overall, we had a very positive experience with Ci En as our ID and have already recommended him to our friends and family. Thank you to all of them again for everything.
