I have no idea if this is a genuine ID firm. When I submitted my details on renopedia looking for ID, I Interior was one of the IDs who responded. I requested for the IDs portfolio which she sent a few. Seeing that the work (assuming is hers) looks decent, I gave her the mood board and floor plan and no response from her ever after. A month out from then, having met 16 IDs and having finally decided on one, out of the blue I received a call from I Interior but a different ID who is keen to take on the project. Over the conversation, I told him about the previous ID encounter from his firm which he apologized for. He was enthusiastic and I thought to give him a chance though I told him that the win rate was low as I already have an ID in mind. He still wanted to try in case he can give a lower price but I told him it is no longer about the price. Then I asked for his personal portfolio to study if his style aligns with ours. Instead he gave the company's portfolio. Then I asked if he has his personal portfolio and he went radio silent after that. Really shady this company.

Our biggest regret going with Artistry interior. Not only they are very shady, they were a nightmare. The director didn’t find solutions but instead tried to put the blame on owners so that could easily escape their mistakes. Really shady business. 10/10 would not recommend. Not only the IDs are very irresponsible, the director is as well. Our family had suffered mental trauma because of this company. Really not worth it. They do not rectify damages made by them on time. Their workers are very rude. Work not done properly. After sales was super bad. The IDs go MIA and do not respond to messages. Over promise but under performance. No advices on interior designing at all. It quite ironic for their name to be “Artistry” when in first place there were no artistic view. In conclusion, please think twice before signing with Artistry interior by I interior.

We went searching multiple IDs. Glad to found Jasmine. We had very tight timeline. And having kids we don’t really have too much of a choice. Jasmine manage to execute and complete the project on time. Very satisfied with design and service. Definitely will recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you Jasmine!
