Engaged I-Plan Studio for my first home renovation. Despite my initial anxiety and many concerns, the end results met my expectations. Not only Alvin had dealt with my concerns and questions patiently and professionally; he had also good recommendations on colors, design and functionality. Had received few compliments from friends and family on the final reno. Truly appreciate Alvin's always fast responses, assistance and patience on my small home project. Most importantly the renovation was completed on time and kept within budget given.

On the recommendation of a colleague, I engaged Jeff of I:Plan Studio as my interior designer. Jeff, in spite of his youth, has a wealth of experience in home renovation. What I appreciate immensely about Jeff is his patience - loads of it! and the calm and collected manner he engages and “educates” his clients in the jargon of home reno. As my HDB flat is an older resale unit, it presented a host of challenges in reno options (for example very small bathrooms!). Jeff helped me navigate my (perhaps unrealistic) expectations versus the realities of reno works. Yet, throughout, quality was never compromised. I:Plan promised quality materials and workmanship. And delivered it did - be it wall painting, bespoke carpentry or tiling work. For every hurdle that arose, sometimes almost threatening to derail the renovation project (mostly due to my insistence on a certain design or a certain colour scheme), Jeff could always propose a tangible solution. As the vision of my dream home comes to fruition, I want to thank Jeff and his team for a job well done!

We have to renovate our whole unit including tiling , changing electric wiring , changing aircon pipe etc. Since it’s major renovation, choosing correct ID was very important. And we are happy with our decision to choose Muffy as our ID. Muffy is very polite yet very professional ID. He has proposed many useful innovative ideas to maximise the space. He has made our home perfectly match with our theme “modern and luxurious” within our budget and in timeline. We would recommend him to any one for the home renovation 10/10.

We were so thankful to consult Muffy for our place. He was very attentive to our needs and worked very fast. He gave us very interesting ideas on how we can maximise our space and was very reassuring on how he could execute the renovation. I must say he’s very experienced in what he do. Very happy that he could work everything within our tight budget as well. Recommend Muffy 10/10!
