Irene (Bei Bei) was the first ID we met and after meeting 9 other IDs, we ended up with her. She was very detailed and gave constructive feedbacks and suggestions to our initial requirements, instead of agreeing to everything. She considered our budget and also shared ideas to cut costs. She took time to understand the different styles that both of us like and when we saw the final design of the house, we were pleasantly surprised! Irene is honest and always willing to assist to the best of her ability. She is also professional, prompt, and responsive when we raised concerns and issues to her. The renovation journey was quite smooth sailing and we are satisfied with the end results! We will definitely recommend Irene??
