I appointed Stephanie as my ID back in July to complete a renovation (major work like kitchen remodelling) within a month’s time. Thankfully she delivered the project on time. Timeliness aside, she also provided me candid feedback and recommendations on our interior designs/ colour/ furniture option etc when most times I am unable to visualise. I reckon I might not be the easiest client but she manages my expectations well and mostly responsive to my queries after queries. It’s been almost 6 months now, Stephanie remains responsive and helpful post service. Trust it can also be built with experience over time, if she were to be slightly more meticulous as we encountered some discrepancy vs client’s expectation in terms of measurement. Overall I will still recommend Stephanie if you are looking for a fuss-free, trustworthy ID to help with your home
