Overall, we are quite satisfied with the 3D design created by ID Damien Koh from Inspire ID group.He was responsive, patient, and responsible. He also explained in detail when we asked questions. We also appreciate the great view we had through the VR experience of the house design.? We are thankful and highly recommended.?

Thankful that we found Joseph from Inspire ID! As it's not our first time renovating and knowing it could be so hassle but Joseph made our journey worry-free. Joseph is extremely meticulous be it the design, planning and execution of the renovation and most importantly how friendly and positive he is! I would like to commend Alvina from Inspire ID for helping us design our dream home. We chose Alvina as she managed to effectively recommend solutions to solve our pain points during initial discussions. As my wife and I had different visions of our new place, Alvina managed to bridge our visions together, creating a home that we both enjoy. She quickly understood our likes and dislikes. We always find ourselves choosing her recommendations after browsing through the catalogues. Alvina is also very sincere and responds when she is available. She is very open and welcoming to questions such that we do not feel "paiseh" to ask her questions, even the most mundane ones. I highly recommend working with Alvina (and Sylvester) for your dream home.

Jason Teh, our ID, supported by his Inspire ID team made the entire stressful renovation process easy with our regular communications and his willingness to entertain our ideas, with some points, provided his insights. We were always kept up to date on the progress of the project with either a phone call or text message. Jason is extremely customer focused going above and beyond to make sure all details, regardless how insignificant, are covered and if there is anything that we were not completely satisfied with, he will get it corrected, even if I told him it was not really necessary. While there were some hiccups along the way and unexpected additional things arising to costing more than expected, yet, I honestly felt our renovation progressed well and was on budget. Besides, Jason took extra time to explain all the details repeatedly, and while the project is underway. Jason & the Inspire Design team completely changed our kitchen, 3 bedrooms & living room. We couldn't be happier with the results. Overall, our renovation experience with Jason has been hassle-free. Even now, after the jobs had been completed several weeks ago, Jason made an afford to help to rectify some issues that we discovered as we settle back into our home. Thank you, Jason, and the Inspire Design Team! You’re Awesome!
