Juz Interior made the whole renovation experience smooth and easy for me. Anson from Juz Interior kept me well-informed on the progress and made wonderful suggestions that enhanced the vision I had in mind. The renovation work done is excellent and of high quality. The work was completed exactly within the time period I wanted. My house is more beautiful than I imagined it would be. I highly recommend Juz Interior to anyone wanting to renovate their home.

After engaging around 15 IDs, we were glad that we chose Jenn from Juz Interior. She impressed us at the onset with a mood board that resonated with our design objectives (wabi-sabi/japandi) and demonstrated creativity through the use of space and lighting. She even considered our intention to have some custom space for our furry friend (omitted by so many IDs that we shortlisted). Jenn was very patient and we had several rounds of 3D work until we got close to what we wanted. She is proactive and offers us her views and suggestions to facilitate the entire process. She was meticulous in our house defects check and had actually pointed out stuff missed by a professional that we engaged. She also has a great network of other vendors (lighting, blinds, textured paint). While hiccups are probably inevitable in ID work, Jenn gave us the assurance and quickly resolved any issues faced. We were happy with the end result of her work and will recommend Jenn for anyone looking for a reliable ID. Thank you Jenn and keep up the good work!

We have expressed our interest and provided the budget and criteria on Qanvast. Thereafter we were contacted by Jenn from Juz Interior. She followed up with several WhatsApp messages and arranged an appointment at their Ubi branch. She come across as an design oriented person and meticulous in details during our conversation revolving floorplan. We have provided images and themes of our desired home. It took about 1.5 weeks before we were given the quotation. We went ahead to meet other interiors designers as well by Qanvast. After comparing several quotes, they found to be offering better materials, for examples Blum hinges for all carpentry and offer complementary drawers for the kitchen cabinets. They are also Casetrust and Qanvast offer insurance for deposit paid upfront. We have contacted Jenn and head down for a short discussion. We have highlighted our budget and provided the competitive quote as well. All in all there were some adjustments as well as commercial gesture on her end to meet our budget. The initial 3d layout were plan in according to ergonomics, especially the lighting plan. Majority of the discussion and planning were done at the Juz Interior branch. She has bought us to lighting, sanitaries and curtain vendors and we find the prices reasonable plus she handles the delivery and installation with their contractors. We went to various tile suppliers for selection of floor and toilet tiles. Through all these selections, Jenn was very involved and provide her professional advice be it on the themes, colours, materials and practicability. She even offer advices on the type of furnitures we should look into to match our theme. Fast forward to key collection, she assisted with the defect checks, went ahead to meet the BSC staff together with us. I would say she is meticulous in finding defects! BSC rectified 90% of defects and the renovation went ahead, I would say it’s fuss free as she has provided calendar milestone of the renovation progress, she handled all the coordinations with contractors. She also identified areas where the contractors has done wrongly and rectification were carried out swiftly. The only major coordination I did out of Juz Interior was air conditioner installation. But she did came over during aircon pipe installation out of goodwill to make sure the trunking was run aesthetically as plausible. The renovation completed ahead of time and we have accepted handover of the keys. Comments on the renovation as a first BTO owner perspective: The paintwork contractor should improve their workmanship. There are several paint stain on the vinyl which requires cleaning. The carpentry workmanship can be improved. There are several dents and cracks discovered and have been rectified subsequently. Overall we are satisfied with the material and service offered by Jenn from Juz Interior.

Working with Jenn was extremely pleasurable. Right from the first meeting up till the final outcome, it was clear that Jenn had an exceptional understanding of what we wanted for our new home — in fact sometimes MORE than we do. Not only does she work fast and is creative, she’s also very resourceful and capable. There had been many times during the reno where we met with hiccups but she’d always been able to solve the problems quickly, ensuring that work continues smoothly. Her keen eye for detail and ability to blend aesthetics with functionality is truly a gifted attribute. The end result of our new home exceeded our expectations and looked absolutely stunning yet at the same time feels incredibly comfortable. We didn’t think that we’d miss working with her so much — communicating throughout the project was seamless AND very enjoyable. She always took the time to listen to our ideas and concerns, then coming up with multiple solutions to help us with our decision, making the whole process stress-free. Not only are we truly thrilled with the end result, even our friends and family are too.
