Hands down the best ID in Singapore. When we first met Jade and YJ, we weren’t sure what to expect as we are new home owners. They were very patient with us, thoroughly guiding us through what to expect. They were very receptive to what we envisioned for our home and had tons of helpful suggestions (many of which we adopted). They were thorough in communication, constantly updating us every step of the way and even replying to our messages on their day off. Being frontliners, my husband and I do not have the opportunity to be on our phones often during working hours and knowing that, they preemptively asked questions for potential issues that would need our reply and noted those down so they knew what we wanted. We are appreciative of the fact that they really rushed the project for us because we were still renting and needed to move out at a certain date. Despite a rushed job, it was a job well done. Their service is impeccable and that also applies to post-reno. If you’re thinking twice, I would say stop thinking and trust in knock knock.

Appointing Knock Knock was one of my best decisions! As a first time owner, being clueless in spite of the countless researches, Jade was professional from end to end. She took time and dug deep to find out what I really took a liking and was transparent of the costs and always making the effort to recommend options. The entire renovation process was a delight and I’m thankful to have met such a professional designer who takes her work seriously and with pride as if it’s her own home. It’s my pure luck to be able to engage her and build a beautiful home with her visions.

We wanted a simple concept for our 4 room BTO and working with Knock Knock Studio with Yu Jia & Jade, is honestly sucha breeze. Their able to understand and connect well with their clients. These duo is able to grasp and envision what sort of concept the client wants/ need for the home, wardrobe, room, toilet, kitchen cabinets, flooring, you name it. As ideas came into play, especially when the 3D mock up is done, it’s clear that they really get you. Jade never diss off the ideas from the clients, in fact she would as well input some of hers too, especially on something that would look aesthetically pleasing for the home concept. Whilst Jade was away for a holiday, Yu Jia took the reins on our home project. Hunting on the floor tilings together was so fun and choosing what tile & colour works together was exciting too! She checks on the work done and make sure that it isn’t sloppy with the workmanship as well painting works which was recommended by their side, she checks every nook and cranny. Y’all are in safe hands when you engage Knock Knock Studios. Did not regret engaging Knock Knock Studios. Would highly recommend. Everything went by so fast and smoothly that our home was ready in 2 months time and I honestly miss the project being done on the home already!

I engaged Jade’s services when she was with her previous interior design company. I had an idea of the design we wanted for our home but needed help to execute and realise what we visualised. Jade is passionate in what she does and always game to try out new ideas and concept. She had good rapport with her sub contractors even though she was then pretty new in the industry. We were happy with the outcome and delighted with the compliments we get from visitors, even years on since we moved here. Jade continued to be out go-to person till today whenever we need any troubleshooting at home. I recently decided to give our bedrooms a revamp by installing wallpaper and called Jade for help. She quickly introduced some contacts although she was now busy with her own business. She even popped by during the installation! Once again we were happy with the outcome and her presence was reassuring - just in case we missed any details. I’m considering doing some light refurbishment and will definitely call on Jade and Knock Knock Studio to help me with that then.
