I highly recommend Le Interior Affairs, and especially Kaylee and Haiying for being such approachable, friendly, professional and enthusiastic designers. Their design ideas were strong and innovative. They were also practical, taking into consideration the space available, the flow of energy, and the mood from space to space. They anticipated challenges with the use of space and some of the requirements I have had. Sometimes they know what I wanted even before I know what I wanted. Kaylee and Haiying always made it very easy for all of us to exchange ideas and possibilities in the design. I have always felt at ease discussing with them what I had in mind for my new home. The two of them strongly explain every idea, but also make no assumptions and clearly leave things very open for discussion. They are alert to signs of hesitation. To help with my decision-making, they would ask very thoughtful questions in an open and gentle way, which gave me a lot of space to think things through, clarify my own expectations, and land on a decision even when I was wavering. During the actual renovating process, I had very few worries because of Kaylee’s and Haiying’s energy and effectiveness at project management. Every step was meticulously tracked, updated, and perfectly on time. They would make time for discussions, scout for furniture with me, and make suggestions for online buys. I benefited a lot from their advice and eyes for detail. The house that they saw through is now a cosy and homely abode, well-balanced between what I imagined and what is possible, and between my practical needs and design aesthetic. My friends and family love being in the home and are constantly impressed by it. I was all prepared for a daunting renovation journey, and found it quite unbelievable how smooth the journey was and how much peace of mind I had. Most of all, I really enjoyed having designers who were so enthusiastic and genuinely excited about the process. Thanks to Kaylee and Haiying, and Le Interior Affairs!

It's my 2nd renovation with both Le Interior affairs and Wint! I can only say the standards gets better and better each time! The timeliness and planning of the whole renovation makes it even more stressfree and a breeze for my family. Especially with 2 young kids, Wint is able to plan his way through a tough and grueling timeliness yet came out top with amazing results for my new place. Guess what's the icing on the cake? The price! Given the general increase of renovation, I'm able to get great comfort that it's competitive and transparent! I will never consider any more ID firms as long as I live!

This is our 2nd home and we want to make it our forever home. It is essential that we engage the right ID. After approaching several IDs, we went with Aaron from Le Interior Affairs. Right from the first meeting, we felt comfortable with Aaron. He had a positive attitude and convinced us that he is experienced in this line. Most importantly, he listened to our ideas attentively. He worked out a quotation that is within our budget. Throughout the renovaton process, Aaron constantly updated us with pictures and videos. He receive feedbacks, if the work is not done properly, positively and made sure the contractors corrected them. Aaron was always accommodating when we made last minute changes or requests. Overall, we are satisfied with the completed work. Thank you Aaron for making our home beautiful yet functional.

I worked with CY and Lysha for my modern farmhouse from last year to this year! I really glad i made the right partners, as they are able to work along with the vision that i have and they gave me alot of space to collaborate as a stakeholder. And also working around our budget, as we do have a number in mind that we shouldn’t cross. They always let us know what additional cost that might be added on before we agreed on a new ideas/solution. As a designer (web) i tend to have a strong creative direction and i have a vision of what the house will look n vibes, i am those ppl with full detailed Pinterest board, from colour palette to detailed decors of every nooks and cranny. I am honestly worry i may came across as controlling by invading the creative space of LIA designers, but i am glad the two designers are able to manage my expectations and experience like a collaboration and they are able to be the domain experts in the team as well as executing the vision i had into reality. I think having two designers to consult also creates a nice balance for me, to not be bias my self, and to hear different ideas and perspectives. A huge plus for LIA team for this arrangement! The house turns out amazing! No horror story of this done poorly and unfinished like i saw on tik tok. It was a smooth and professional journey with CY and Lysha. And i get compliments even with random delivery person and handyman that the house is well built and well designed. I have been recommending them to my peers (especially other designers) ! It’s been amazing and i am very happy with the work and experience!! :) Big kudos to Lysha and CY!
