As first-time homeowners, getting a responsible ID was important to us. Our friends recommended Kristie and we’re thankful that we got to work with her. From the planning stage to actual execution and even post-renovation, Kristie has been super responsive and clear in her communication. Whenever we have questions over WA, she would usually reply us within minutes and even late in the night. She would also recommend furniture and home styling items for our place. She worked within our budget and handed over our home in 2.5 months. When there were issues (minor ones for us) during the renovation process and even after handover, we appreciated her honesty and ability to rectify them quickly. We love our new home and have been recommending Kristie to our friends who are looking to renovate their place. Thank you Kristie for making our first renovation experience such a positive one!

ID: YanWei Boon Boon was patient and innovative. He was quick to come up with the quotation and schedule. Workers were on time and project was completed well within schedule. Some small rectification where required were dealt with promptly. All my relatives and friends liked my house reno design so much, smart, simple and spacious. Thanks Boon for your efforts.

We are very happy that we engaged LemonFridge Studio for our first home. Jon was the genius behind our home, which almost everyone (family, friends and even random delivery people!) have commented was very cosy. That always makes us feel happy, proud and smug that we decided to go with them after meeting more than 8 IDs! Throughout the process, Jon and Chris were always very patient, understood and remembered our needs and did a darn good job managing our aspirations and the project on the whole. Thank you Jon, Chris and the Lemons for transforming our house into a home that we look forward to coming back to every day!

Sherna was our ID & Mr Yong was the project manager on the ground. It has been a pleasure working with them. They have been responsive and helpful during the process; giving inputs in improving ideas and suggestions to make the place come together. With that said, there are still follow ups waiting. Will we recommend Lemonfridge to others? It really depends what is a priority for you. From what we heard from friends who had used their services, there have been hits and misses in delivery. So it really boils down to who is assigned to your project, since the company is growing fast. We’re definitely thankful for Sherna and Mr Yong:)

Designer: Agnes Ong Type: 4R HDB As a first time house owner, the most important traits in an ID that we look out for was patience and compatibility. We were fortunate enough to have met and gotten the chance to work with Agnes. My wife and I have strong opinions about what we liked and did not when it comes to design & functionality. Agnes was extremely patient when she was called upon as a mediator and was able to propose ideas that fit the both of us, albeit not on the first try. I believe one important aspect that we greatly appreciated was the level of service Agnes provided post sales. We've all read stories about IDs who became a different person entirely after receiving first payment, for the case of Agnes, it was for the better. She became increasingly proactive in our engagements and worked hard to finalize a design that would appease us given the short timeline that we had to work with. When construction work begun, Agnes again did not disappoint and played her role as a Project Manager. She would constantly check in with us on obstacles faced and assist in the resolution. Fact of the matter is that no renovation project goes a hundred percent according to plan, there are bound to be some miscalculations or unforeseen blockers such as materials running low/out of stock. Nonetheless, what mattered to us was how the ID resolved the issues (i.e. what was the resolution and the manner of which said resolution was achieved). We are grateful that Agnes was assigned to our renovation project and I believe she will continue to flourish in her career.
