Just completed our 5rm resales unit (October 2023) by Living Art. Did many research and enquiries before confirming. Other than their good record in HDB website and competitive quotation, Thomas has been the most responsive and supportive renovator we have encountered. We feel very assured as all our queries and feedback are attended to swiftly. There are some minor concerns here and there but they are readily resolved by Thomas. He is definitely in our recommendations and would seek his help again in future reno needs.

I engaged the services of this contractor for a small renovation project for my new bto during this covid era. Thomas was my main point of contact. Replies across different channels were prompt & concise. Customisation needs were fully met. Timeframe was adhered to. Project started in mid-Nov and was completed by end-Dec. Pricing met my expectations. Flexibility was exercised when i did not wish to commit to a couple of line items. Workers were professional. I’m a happy customer ? Update on June: after-sales service was sub-par as i highlighted on the water leaks & even had to chase for answers

Engaged Daven Chua to revamp an entire resale flat. Daven was so patient and trustworthy the entire journey, he consulted us thoroughly and made sure we were comfortable before proceeding with anything. The workmanship of his team is satisfactory, and the price is very reasonable. To date I have recommended Living Art to 3 of my friends and they were all satisfied with their service as well. I definitely will engage Living Art for my upcoming BTO!

Good experience. Thomas was professional, polite, listened to our requests, gave helpful suggestions, and was upfront about the costs and whether he can do something else to keep to our budget. He also sent us the detailed quotation very promptly. We didn't end up engaging the firm's services as we preferred another contact for other reasons, but it was still a pleasant consultation.
