TMMI understood our brief from the get go and came back with smart and elegant solutions to our layout challenges. We wanted a practical and clean design - Eunyce and Brandon gave us exactly that with further ideas to elevate the space. Now that we’ve moved in, we’re even more appreciative of how simple yet thoughtful the entire design is. Renovation is a stressful process, and issues and conflicts are not unexpected. Brandon and Eunyce were great at troubleshooting and ensured that all of these are resolved asap (rectifications were completed within a week). They were also extremely patient with our queries - this is our first house so we had numerous questions along the way. We really appreciated the integrity from the firm as well. Despite a one year delay to our key collection due to covid, they kept to the initial quote and completed the reno within the timeline discussed. Once again THANK YOU, we love the design and are thrilled with the final outcome and to be able to call this space our home :)

Renovation is not an easy project but Pei Chen, Gary, and Douglas made the entire process quite pleasant for me, even after the project was over. With our design, we adhere to the motto "Tidy room. Tidy mind." We make a list of our criteria, and the designer helps us keep all of them in mind while she plans the space and offers suggestions for how to use it. To be honest, we did argue occasionally, but it served to improve the situation; true dialogues are always beneficial to a positive conclusion. I am pleased with the outcome, which features high quality and a serene living environment. CHOOSE CALM.

What can I say? Worth the wait? Of course it was! =P Working with Brandon and Euynce was a pretty fun experience. Eunyce surprised us with a design that was both homely and practical. Requests to 3D mock up changes were done promptly. They even managed to complement existing pieces of furniture that we had. Every stage of the renovation was pleasant and each week progress was like a little surprise to us. Even in the midst of Covid, they ensured the project moved like clock work and worked out to solve issues faced. We were impressed that the renovations were completed on time given the ongoing pandemic. Even after renovation works were completed, reification works were done swiftly. The whole working relationship became more like a friendship. And how can I forget, a shout out to Douglas and his team is a must. Wonderful bunch of people. Thanks guys for creating a Home for us!

I have nothing but praise for Brandon and Eunyce from TMMI. From my first meeting with them, till the final completion 2 months after I had moved in (due to pandemic-related complications), they were nothing short of professional, responsive, helpful, flexible and effective in renovating my 4-rm HDB. They patiently answered all my questions, worked within the timelines i had and did their best to deliver good work under challenging circumstances brought on by the pandemic. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of effective project management, and Brandon did a great job at that. I was warned by friends that no renovation is super smooth sailing. But with Brandon and Eunyce, we were able to work through any snafus along the way because they tried their best to think of alternatives. And lastly, they are just genuinely nice people, and I really enjoyed working with them. I would not hesitate in engaging them again for my next renovation, and would gladly recommend them to my friends.

I had a good experience with the firm. I completed my renovation earlier this year and I found that they were price competitive but willing to do more than others. I asked them to redo the drawings a few times and it was a complete redo and not only was Euynce happy to provide but she was also suggested practical improvements to the design and layout. Very happy with the outcome and will let the pictures do the talking
