I would like to express my gratitude to the team for the good work done. Apart from the good workmanship, I am equally appreciative of their honest pricing and transparent quotation. The initial quote was also close to the final bill as I did not make much changes. Despite my key collection was delayed with renovation costs going up, they did their best to keep up with what was quoted previously. I have heard many of my other friends facing sudden shocks to their renovation expenses and were helpless about it. I'm glad that my experience was a smooth and assuring one throughout.

TMS is a commendable firm that managed our expectations very well from the start to the end of the renovation. They were upfront about what can or cannot be done for the home and their quote was very transparent and detailed as compared to other companies. Their pricing are comparable or perhaps would be lower if other IDs I met had been just as comprehensive. Price aside what was outstanding was the workmanship and minimalist interior designs that I have always been looking for. The completed works are as nice as the showroom I have seen. Felt very fortunate to have engaged TMS as our ID for our first home renovation.

After spoken to several IDs from different renovation renovation agencies, I finally decide right choice in engaging TMS. Yi Ling, Su Chan and Keith are professional and understand I want for my place. Process is hassle free, simple and straight forward. They are willing to listen to my needs and always provide professional advises. they will inform early if there is any additional costs before they proceed. Pricing is very transparent. Overall, renovation is nicely done. Highly recommended.

I was attracted to TMS as their portfolio and vision of a minimalist and simple home resonated with me. The team was patient and friendly from the initial meeting, to materials selection, and throughout the renovation process. Over the few months of reno, I appreciated the open channels of communication. My requests to change, include or exclude items, for various reasons, were all responded to effectively and efficiently. My expectations in terms of timelines and handover dates were managed reasonably. It was also important for me that the quotation given was transparent, and there were no last minute extravagant hidden costs. The workmanship of the carpentry did not disappoint and all the installation works were done with care and integrity. The after-reno followup was also detailed and meticulous. No regrets choosing TMS!
